Deep tissue massage-  

This modality of massage is meant to open and stretch the muscle fibers for ultimate length, flexibility and performance using very deep pressure.

Energy Work/ Balancing-

Your body’s cells communicate through electrical/chemical reactions. As physical and mental stress tighten muscles and restrict blood flow through certain areas of your body the over production of energetic communication builds up and can become irritating, hence anxiety or irritability, many people benefit by reestablishing the pathways of natural energy flow and guide the excess energy out of  the body making the effects of a massage much more thorough and long lasting.

Pregnancy massage-
